To authorise a third party (like a Truckit provider) to collect your Lloyds Auctions purchase, you must first call Lloyds Auctions and give them the name of your transport provider and permission for them to collect your items. This will be noted on your Lloyds account.
When going to collect your goods from Lloyds, ensure your transport provider knows your Lloyds customer number and takes their Drivers Licence to identify themself. Lloyds will take care of the rest.
