    Upload rates via CSV or enter them manually. Category-specific templates are available to download. Columns are pre-configured. Fill in your origin, destination, and pricing.

    Review and adjust in the rates grid. Rates start as draft. Check everything before activating. Validate on 3 to 5 common routes to confirm accuracy.

Use the category-specific template in Bulk Upload. Columns are pre-configured for each freight category. Validate origin and destination fields and check all numeric values before uploading.
Can I control what goes live before activating?
Yes. All rates start as draft. Review them in the grid, run a price check on your most common routes, and activate lanes when you are ready. Nothing goes live until you say so.
What if I price by zones rather than point-to-point?
Rates Manager is built for zone-based pricing. Create your zones, add suburbs and postcodes, then link depots to zones. Upload zone-based rates via CSV or configure them manually in the grid.
