NEW: Add a Profile Video

Posted by Truckit on 19/11/2021

Please do not use this link to upload your KYC video. This must be done in the payout methods section on your account settings.

Helping build trust between users of the marketplaces is always on the mind of the Truckit team when we are planning and prioritising features. Increased trust means reduced friction which leads to better outcomes for both sides of the marketplace.

To help build trust, Truckit Providers can now add a short Profile Video to help show off your business. The video will be displayed on your profile page to help potential customers find out about your business before accepting a quote. If a picture says a thousand words, then imagine what a profile video can do!

By the time the real freight cost is confirmed, the urgency is gone or a competitor has […]

Important Update: Fuel Price Volatility, Quoting Guidelines, and Waiving of Price Increase Fees

To be clear, the fundamental way you quote on Truckit isn’t changing: you should still aim to incorporate all anticipated fees, charges, and overheads into your initial quote. We are simply being more tolerant of price adjustments made after a booking has occurred, provided they are strictly related to fuel costs and are handled with total transparency. The most […]
