So I just wanted to shoot a quick video to say thanks for the good work and give a quick update on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Fantastic Reviews<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although I know most customers are delighted with the service, its still great to hear it again. Here is one that really stood out to me;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em>On time with pick-up and delivery. They kept in contact with me, informing me where vehicle was after pick-up and when in transit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em><br>Called me when 15 minutes away from drop off point.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em>Excellent service.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>And here is another:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em>Need an engine shipped from Bundaberg to Melbourne. Tried quite a few of the big name companies and obviously were not interested.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em>Found a great company on Truck it who completed the job inside 5 days door to door with no issues at all.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The first shows how much customers appreciate communication. It sounds like that provider made things by using the app to enable tracking. In my opinion the highlight in the second review is all about the customer recognising that our providers are often more flexible with greater service standards. Great work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Platform Updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Smart Pricing Trial <\/strong><br>We've been using machine learning to calculate pricing fast and accurate pricing based on a decade worth of data around weights, distances, time of year and other factors. We'll be integrating this technology further into the 'Book Now' feature as an faster alternative to the Marketplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Insurance Documentation Uploads <\/strong><br>More clarity around which providers are insured and which aren't is a topic that's been raised many times by both customers and providers. We've mandated that all new providers to Truckit update their insurance details, and all of you existing providers can go in to their profile, click 'Edit' and upload scans\/photos of your Certificates of Currency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Truckit Pay<\/strong> <br>We've now mandated that <em>consumers<\/em> use Truckit Pay for jobs up to $5,000, giving you the peace of mind that we will be holding full payment ready to release to you when the job is complete.<br><br>We introduced Truckit Pay 3 years ago and now accounts for 80% of all jobs on our platform, so we know that consumers trust the service with its single payment and single invoice.\u00a0 You can learn more about Truckit Pay here; <a href=\"https:\/\/help.truckit.net\/support\/solutions\/articles\/35000129816-what-is-truckit-pay-\">https:\/\/help.truckit.net\/truckit-pay<\/a> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">On the Horizon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While we haven't specifically been looking for more business to business jobs, a lot more manufacturers, wholesalers and civil projects have been reaching out to us to find good quality providers. It means an greater need for pantechs, skels, flat tops, curtainsiders, low loaders and more.
