We\u2019ve been busy building behind the scenes, and a wave of new features have just rolled out. Most of it points the same way: putting AI to work on the parts of freight that used to eat your time. Searching for jobs, writing your profile, matching the right provider to the right load. Here is what is live now, and what we are working on next.<\/p>\n\n

You can now find freight jobs just by asking<\/h2>\n

Type \"find container jobs within 100km of Maryborough\" into the Search Jobs page, and Truckit knows exactly what you mean. No filters to set, no endless scrolling. This feature is live now, and it is the first of several AI updates we have shipped this month.<\/p>\n\n

Search by asking, not filtering<\/h2>\n

The new AI Job Search Assistant lets you find work in plain English. Ask for \"towing jobs back from Perth to QLD\" and it reads what you actually want, runs the search, and holds the thread of the conversation if you want to refine it. Simple requests become filters instantly. Trickier ones hand off to an AI agent that can search the database and remember what you already asked. Providers have run more than 260 searches through it since it went live.<\/p>\n\n

A profile written for you<\/h2>\n

New providers often stall on the \"About Us\" section. Write Assist now drafts it for you, based on your real activity on the marketplace. Better profiles win more jobs, and now there is no blank page to sit and stare at.<\/p>\n\n

Smarter matching behind the scenes<\/h2>\n

We have replaced the old rule-based matching with a machine learning model that ranks providers on location, job type, history and backload opportunities. It is in A\/B testing now and already feeding the Invite Providers and broadcast workflows. The upshot for you: the quotes you get asked for are more relevant, and fewer jobs land in your inbox that were never a fit.<\/p>\n\n

Instant Rates Manager keeps growing<\/h2>\n

More carriers, more categories. The Instant Rates Manager has expanded with more carriers using it daily. Additionally, we have added Full Truck Load (FTL), as well as Packages, Boxes & Cartons, as new categories to the rates manager. We have also implemented fuel surcharge configuration and GST\/tax settings controls for providers who want full control over their pricing. Best of all, bulk CSV upload and AG Grid editing are now live, making it easier than ever to manage your rates.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
