Quote Specific Terms
1) Full payment must be made prior to delivery with 50% payable at the time of booking. The balance of payment must be made prior to delivery via bank transfer or COD. We do not unload if payment hasn't been received.

2) Goods are allowed inside vehicles but must be safely secured. Any goods contained within are NOT covered by our insurance, only the vehicle itself.

3) We are fully insured. Our insurance covers your vehicle during loading, unloading and during transit.

4) Dates quoted for pick up and delivery may vary depending on the time of quote acceptance.

5) The customer must provide accurate measurements and weights of all items along with a photo. If the item is longer/heavier at time of collection it may result in delayed pick up and additional costs to the customer.

6) We provide lengths and photos of our trucks for access purposes at pick up and delivery points. If we cannot access them once we are there further costs may be incurred by the customer.

7) If a job is cancelled after acceptance, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply. If the job is cancelled within 7 days of pick up then 50% will apply.
